Shipping policy

Free Shipping (U.S. Only)
Members receive free standard shipping on all orders within the United States.

Standard shipping is our default option, with delivery typically completed within 3–9 business days after the order has been shipped.

For faster service, priority shipping is available for an additional fee. Orders shipped via priority delivery generally arrive within one week or less. Please note that priority shipping fees are non-refundable.

International Shipping
We cannot guarantee delivery timeframes for international orders. Shipping may be delayed due to factors beyond our control, including customs clearance, weather conditions, natural disasters, or courier service issues.

Customs Duties & Taxes
Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and related fees. All shipments are declared at full value, and we are unable to adjust declared values to reduce these charges.

These fees are required by the destination country and must be paid before delivery can be completed. They are based on the type and value of the goods and are not collected by us. In some cases, carriers may pay these charges in advance and collect reimbursement from the recipient upon delivery.

By placing an order, the consignee (buyer) authorizes us to handle import procedures on their behalf and agrees that we may appoint a third party, such as a customs broker, if necessary.

Customers are fully responsible for all customs-related obligations. Any additional costs resulting from shipment refusal, non-delivery, returns, or abandoned packages due to customs clearance issues will be the customer’s responsibility.
